WERENBACH has launched a successful campaign for their watches made from space-borne rockets. They have partnered with Funded Today to help bring their product to a wider audience and to generate more pledges for the remaining month of the campaign.

About The Watches

The Earth Collection from Werenbach is made from a discarded piece of the Soyuz MS-02 rocket. This stage-one piece was discarded from the rocket as soon as it broke the atmosphere on its journey to space. The face of each watch is made from a different piece of the rocket, including either the top of the rocket, booster shell, or the shell of the rocket engine. Because each watch was created using the rocket parts in their original condition, they all have different signs of wear. This makes each watch unique. Each piece is fitted with a smooth automatic movement, is waterproof up to 50 meters and is fitted with scratch-proof sapphire glass.

Pricing and Availability

The Earth Collection is available to back now on Kickstarter. Werenbach has brought on Funded Today to help encourage backers to pledge for the remaining month of the campaign. Once the campaign ends, the watch is set to be shipped to all backers worldwide by October 2017. The starting price for one watch is $546.
